Product Expert - Dashboards - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a collaborative product expert who will serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for a specific product or range of products within the company's portfolio, focusing on the energy transition.

In Short

• Develop and maintain product documentation and release boards.
• Act as a product knowledge hub for internal teams.
• Gather and organize requirements for product planning.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Own the dashboard design process for user-friendly experiences.
• Drive quarterly dashboard releases based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Background in business, IT, science, or similar.
• Experience in a similar role in the energy industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
• Basic coding skills in Python.
• Interest in the power industry and AI.
