Product Expert - Health Data - Remote

Overview

As the Product Expert for Veeva Compass, you’ll be focused on working closely with our customers to help ensure they are getting the most value out of our products, particularly in the life sciences sector.

In Short

• Own and manage customer relationships for Veeva Compass products.
• Understand customer commercial use cases and navigate data to support business needs.
• Onboard and train customers on the Compass Portal and data products.
• Collaborate with Account Partners to engage with customers.
• Drive customer data investigations and resolve questions using SQL.
• Manage internal dashboards and metrics for customer discussions.
• Assist IT teams in setting up data ingest and technical resources.
• Work with the Product team to influence product roadmap and communicate product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of life science data analytics experience.
• Customer-facing experience in consulting or health tech.
• Experience with prescription and medical claims data.
• Support customer use cases in life sciences.
• Proficient in SQL for analytics.
