People Operations Expert (f/m/x) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an empathetic People Operations Expert with a background in start-up or scale-up environments who wants to design and implement the backbone of our HR and People systems and processes from scratch and loves being responsible for our workforce matters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in people operations.
• Excellent team spirit and start-up culture appreciation.
• Understanding of employment regulations and labor law.
• Excellent English language skills; German is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• IT skills; experience with various HRMS is beneficial.
