Overview

The Data Center Operations Analyst provides technical support to computer operators and account teams, ensuring the efficient operation of the Data Center with responsibilities in both mainframe and client server environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in IT and with Job Scheduler.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of mainframe (TSO, SDSF, TMS).
• Familiarity with JCL, SharePoint, and server scripts.
• Preferred knowledge of FTP, EasyTrieve, SAS, and File Aid.
• Smart automation skills and ITIL foundation knowledge are a plus.
• Travel may be required for job code creation.
