In Short

• Develop and automate existing business plans for Enpal Heat.
• Adjust plans based on operational developments.
• Build a dynamic Northstar KPI concept for overall management.
• Quantitative modeling across the entire funnel from marketing to after-sales.
• Create and automate business cases for new initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with BI, Product, Operations, and management.

Requirements

• Degree in economics with a finance focus from a top university.
• 1-4 years of experience in finance-related roles.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes and logic.
• Able to quickly grasp complex business models under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
