• Plan and confirm appointments between sales managers and interested potential customers.
• Manage and update the appointment database.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken (B2).
• Previous experience in telephone customer assistance.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays on a rotation basis.
• Remote work opportunity.
• Direct hiring with a fixed-term contract of 6 months.
• Full-time working hours from Monday to Saturday.
