In Short

• Lead Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce.
• Drive process improvements: Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as needed.
• Application development: Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues.
• UAT & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead UAT testing and gather feedback.
• Coding Best Practices & Data Quality: Enforce coding standards and ensure data consistency.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system architecture and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Skills: Problem-solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services.
• Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Ready to collaborate and deliver results that matter.
