Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help maintain and enhance our Salesforce instances and processes to allow our organization to scale and our users to thrive. This role will directly impact performance, security and effective business processes by partnering with all teams across Lyra Health.

In Short

• Partner and consult with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Drive defining, estimating, and shaping technical approaches using best practices.
• Customize the Salesforce platform using declarative and coded approaches.
• Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems.
• Conduct investigations and analysis to provide recommendations regarding technology improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and configure development and test instances for internal sandboxes.
• Author and maintain documentation of implementations and integration configurations.
• 8+ years experience with Salesforce application.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience with Salesforce.
• 7+ years of experience in general technical development and support.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Prior experience with CPQ implementation preferred.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple SAAS systems with Salesforce.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce security model.
• Master of problem identification and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
