In Short

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and manage calendars and materials for new hires.
  • Maintain training decks, playbooks, and ensure teams know what’s available.
  • Help deliver learning sessions and certifications tied to GTM priorities.
  • Track project milestones and coordinate cross-functional resources.
  • Develop program roadmaps and establish success metrics.
  • Support daily operations of tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Draft clear updates for reps on process changes and product launches.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops for alignment.
  • Coordinate meetings and document action items for cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM support.
  • Strong project coordination and program management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams across teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A curious mindset with a bias for action.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Gong, Salesforce, or LMS platforms is a plus.
