In Short

• Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, finance, sales, and marketing to define data needs.
• Design and maintain data models across the organization.
• Lead the development and orchestration of ETL data pipelines.
• Enhance the performance and reliability of our data lake infrastructure and data warehouse.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to establish data assets.
• Manage and optimize business intelligence infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing data infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and deploying high-performance data processing systems.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Kinesis/Kafka, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with teams across the organization.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of learning.
