The L&D and Culture Specialist role at Enfuce focuses on enhancing leadership and engagement within the organization, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and belonging.

In Short

  • Support the development and rollout of initiatives that enhance manager effectiveness and leadership capacity.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs aligned with Enfuce’s growth needs and values.
  • Build a framework for continuous manager growth, from first-time leads to experienced people leaders.
  • Team up with People Partner and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and manage core training programs for teams and individuals.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, source vendors, and measure impact and ROI of investment.
  • Drive the evolution and communication of career frameworks across functions.
  • Lead annual and pulse engagement surveys; analyze results and partner with teams to turn insights into action.
  • Create and manage compelling internal communication that informs, connects, and inspires.
  • Own and activate the employer brand in partnership with People Operations and the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, People Experience, or Organizational Development roles.
  • Strong facilitation and program design skills.
  • A systems thinker who connects culture, engagement, development, and business outcomes.
  • Great storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with employee surveys, internal comms tools, and training platforms.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Passion for people, culture, and getting things done.
