Overview

As an Environmental Social Justice Project Manager II at Energy Solutions, you will help center equity in program design and implementation, ensuring all customers receive a fair share of program benefits.

In Short

• Contribute to the design and implementation of energy efficiency programs with an equity focus.
• Manage or provide support to project leads in managing scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
• Provide operational support and stakeholder coordination for energy efficiency projects.
• Develop and implement equity-centric strategies for energy efficiency programs.
• Integrate equity best practices into existing programs and new product development.
• Manage, contribute to, and oversee specific Environmental Social Justice Team initiatives.
• Track, advance, and inform strategic goals to promote equity.
• Work with the Business Development Team to tailor solutions for potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or additional formal education.
• 5+ years of experience in the energy or environmental industry.
• Commitment to advancing energy equity and justice.
• Experience in the clean energy and/or energy efficiency industry.
• Strong writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to digest, understand, and interpret technology- and product-specific subject matter.
• Ability to interpret and utilize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
