Energy Solutions is hiring a Director of Software Solutions to lead software development for our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) portfolio, focusing on clean energy programs for major North American utilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software solutions.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple teams and projects.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and JIRA.
• Experience in software demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
