• Responsible for holistic marketing from strategy to implementation.
• Focus on scalable marketing of existing products and introduction of new apps in the German DiGA market.
• Identify key growth levers and continuously optimize performance.
• Manage external representation towards patients and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee performance and economic viability of health apps.
• Build, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and management teams.
• Ensure quality and speed in task delegation.
