• Manage an eight-member interdisciplinary marketing team.

• Develop clear structures for analyzing marketing performance.
• Responsible for the marketing budget and its efficient use.
• Conduct regular team meetings and maintain team spirit despite remote work.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in building and developing marketing structures.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and scalable marketing models.
• Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to lead a team through growth and scaling phases.
• Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset.
