Overview

Enara is a pioneering obesity and medical weight management start-up that utilizes data, digital, and clinical treatments to deliver personalized health plans. We are looking for a Bilingual Health Coach to join our telehealth team and support patients in their weight management journey.

In Short

• Part-time position as a clinical contractor, 5 hours per week with growth opportunities.
• Co-lead psychoeducational classes primarily via telehealth.
• Translate class materials to Arabic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Practice with experienced Obesity Medicine specialists.
• Focus on providing psychoeducation on weight loss and health satisfaction.
• Utilize Enara’s Behavioral Health curriculum.
• Strong emphasis on empathy and partnership with patients.
• Availability to work at least two evenings per week.
• Encouraging personality with a passion for patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Certified Health Coach with behavioral health experience.
• Bilingual in Arabic required.
• Experience in telehealth and remote care is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills for group sessions.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Positive attitude and team player.
