Remote Revenue Cycle Manager

Enara is a pioneering obesity and medical weight loss start-up in Silicon Valley, dedicated to developing personalized treatment plans using data and clinical innovations. We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our insurance revenue operations and optimize our billing processes.

In Short

• Lead and scale insurance revenue operations.
• Oversee a cross-functional team including coders and payment posters.
• Manage full revenue cycle processes from eligibility to claim submission.
• Set and monitor team KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Establish secure systems for charge capture and remittance processing.
• Analyze claims and denial data for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams on billing strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer regulations.
• Develop policies to reduce A/R days and increase resolution rates.
• Support special billing initiatives such as Remote Patient Monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical understanding of SFTP and EDI systems.
• Expertise in denial management and coding optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Deep knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.
• Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement practices.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Apero Health billing platform is a plus.
