Compliance Testing Lead - Remote

Overview

Empower is seeking an experienced Consumer Compliance Testing Lead to drive execution of our enterprise-wide monitoring and testing plan. We’re looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of consumer protection regulations and how they apply to the deposit, early wage access, and consumer lending spaces.

In Short

• Drive execution of compliance testing and monitoring plans.
• Develop compliance risk monitoring dashboards.
• Review policies and procedures against regulatory requirements.
• Prepare actionable testing reports for management.
• Assist with compliance risk assessment processes.
• Support initiatives to mature the Compliance program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in compliance monitoring and testing.
• Expertise in consumer protection regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts.
• Aptitude for leveraging new technologies.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
