In Short

• Design and deliver innovative web experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design for CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and copywriters.
• Ensure brand alignment across digital touchpoints.
• Engage with product managers and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with UX trends and technologies.
• Apply best practices in conversion rate optimization.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in UX tools (e.g., Figma) and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in defining web information architectures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A degree in UX/UI Design or related field is preferred.
