ERISA Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full-time ERISA Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Department, which focuses on year-end nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 reporting for retirement plans.

In Short

• Full-time position in the Compliance Department.
• Prepare nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 filings.
• Maintain plan documents and provide ERISA technical support.
• Remote position based out of Mobile, AL.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Learn and use Relius and FT William applications.
• Respond to ERISA technical questions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Two or more years of ERISA compliance-related work experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop proficiency in company software.
• Strong communication skills for handling difficult situations.
• Prior experience with Relius or FT William is a plus.
