Overview

U-Haul International Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial Project Engineer for new multi-story self-storage projects and building reuse, requiring expertise in construction management and project coordination.

• Prepare construction budgets and assist in cost estimating.

• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to resolve RFIs with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards.
• Strong analytical and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
