Overview

As a Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor at Repwest Insurance, you will oversee a team of Claim Adjusters, ensuring they are trained and motivated to resolve claims according to company standards while providing excellent customer service.

• Supervise a team of 5-6 Claim Adjusters.
• Train and coach adjusters on claims resolution.
• Conduct daily file reviews to ensure compliance.
• Review and approve settlement authority requests.
• Address complaints and develop resolutions.

• Correct timecards for adjusters.
• Maintain quality customer service.
• Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines.
• Must obtain an Arizona adjuster license within 30 days.

Requirements

• 4 years handling and/or supervising bodily injury liability claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
