• Full-time position as a Bodily Injury/Litigation Supervisor.
• Assist and support management in meeting service standards.
• Review files for coverage, liability, and timely handling.
• Make handling recommendations and provide direction to team members.
• Ensure claims processing meets company standards and regulations.
• Conduct team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Monitor and follow-up on claims files.
• Resolve complaint calls and conduct reserve adequacy reviews.
• Assist in recruiting and developing claims talent.
• Achieve targeted performance goals.

Requirements

• Eight plus years’ experience in Property and Casualty insurance claims.
• Clear understanding of insurance industry practices and terminology.
• Experience handling litigated, property damage, and injury claims.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office products.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
