• Manage key accounts to achieve current and future business objectives in the process and chemical industry.
• Clarify technical inquiries and provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through strategic account planning.
• Responsible for budget and target achievement with key accounts.
• Identify and develop new sales potentials in the process and chemical industry market.
• Regular exchange with stakeholders (end users, licensors).
• Active offer tracking, project support, and independent order negotiations.
• Close collaboration with inside sales and communication with global production sites.
• Monitor and report on customer-specific metrics.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification as a technician.
• Solid sales experience, ideally with major customers in process automation or valve technology.
• Fluent in German and English for the international orientation of the role.
• Strong assertiveness and high service orientation.
• Willingness to telework and frequent travel in the assigned area.
