Overview

As a Reliability Service Engineer at Emerson, you will provide technical support in the implementation, commissioning, and lifecycle services of reliability solutions, playing a key role in the growing reliability business.

In Short

Provide technical support to sales team and clients
Facilitate project delivery of asset reliability solutions
Deliver training on asset reliability solutions
Ensure availability of cloud infrastructure for SaaS deployments
Utilize procedures from Service Management Office and Project Management Office
General networking and cybersecurity knowledge
Ensure work is carried out safely
Execute planned service activities and repairs
Conduct technical investigations as needed
Develop training plans for customer workforce

Requirements

Trade Certificate (electrical/mechanical) or tertiary qualification
Technical experience in Condition based Maintenance (CbM) programs
Experience in online vibration protection and monitoring systems
Familiarity with Emerson AMS Machinery Manager software
Fault finding, diagnostic, and analytical skills
