Reliability Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Reliability Service Engineer at Emerson, you will provide technical support in the implementation, commissioning, and lifecycle services of reliability solutions, playing a key role in the growing reliability business.

In Short

• Provide technical support to sales team and clients
• Facilitate project delivery of asset reliability solutions
• Deliver training on asset reliability solutions
• Ensure availability of cloud infrastructure for SaaS deployments
• Utilize procedures from Service Management Office and Project Management Office
• General networking and cybersecurity knowledge
• Ensure work is carried out safely
• Execute planned service activities and repairs
• Conduct technical investigations as needed
• Develop training plans for customer workforce

Requirements

• Trade Certificate (electrical/mechanical) or tertiary qualification
• Technical experience in Condition based Maintenance (CbM) programs
• Experience in online vibration protection and monitoring systems
• Familiarity with Emerson AMS Machinery Manager software
• Fault finding, diagnostic, and analytical skills
