Overview

Emerson is looking for a Finance professional to join their Financial Services Group as a Financial Analyst in Pune, where you will play a critical role in financial reporting and analysis.

In Short

• Serve as finance point of contact for local business partners.
• Manage monthly reporting processes and ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for monthly financial closes and meeting deadlines.
• Analyze SG&A cost centers and explain deviations.
• Support in monthly forecasting and annual budgets.
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests.
• Review and approve monthly journal entries for GL postings.
• Conduct site level profitability analysis.
• Prepare cash flow reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage complexities and ambiguity.
• High standards of accuracy and organization.
