Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for building and delivering financial reports, analyzing performance against planned results, and participating in budgeting and forecasting processes.

In Short

• Build and deliver financial reports regularly.
• Analyze performance vs. planned results and recommend actions.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting discussions.
• Supervise P&L and asset management.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely queries resolution.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports.
• Participate in audits from the BU finance perspective.
• Lead inventory processes and validate customer quotations.
• Monitor manufacturing and costing processes for improvements.
• Handle freight and logistics processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle and HFM preferred.
• Experience in Project Accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process flow.
• Expertise in inventory accounting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and Accounting Standards.
• Understanding of Income Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of customs compliance is a plus.
