Overview

As an Engineer I Technical Support - Order Engineering at Emerson, you will validate orders for accuracy and completeness and assist the Technical Sales and Engineering teams in evaluating special construction and bill of material requests.

  • Identify customer documentation requirements and review against factory standards.
  • Enter data, orders, and items into business systems.
  • Submit requests for product model setups.
  • Advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.
  • Escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.
  • Participate in projects related to quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering fields.
  • Proficiency in Materials Selection and Understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.
