Overview

Emerson is seeking an Automation engineering professional for the role of DCS System Engineer, who will be a vital member of the project engineering team, focusing on DeltaV Upgrade projects.

In Short

• Analyze functional requirements of DeltaV Upgrade projects.
• Evaluate existing system architecture and its impact on DeltaV versions.
• Proactively communicate project issues to lead engineers.
• Take ownership of assigned work.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) if required.
• Willingness to travel based on project assignments.
• Implement quality processes and documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with DeltaV Upgrade domain and system virtualization.
• Project engineering and design solutions.
• Knowledge of DeltaV system installation and networking.
• Experience in FAT, SAT, and site commissioning.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with DeltaV related hardware and software.
