Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably from an agency or staffing environment
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
• Comfortable conducting interviews and discussing compensation
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly self-driven and adaptable
• Results-oriented and goal-focused
