Sales Operations Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Oversee and administer sales tools such as HubSpot for CRM.
• Work closely with consulting and marketing teams to develop materials.
• Provide comprehensive tools for tracking and reporting on sales activities.
• Create and update internal training materials for the sales team.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of sales contract templates.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events and campaigns.
• Manage client feedback by collecting insights after project completions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and data analytics tools.
• Expertise in configuring and utilizing HubSpot for sales operations.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Understanding of IT consulting services in Data, Cloud, and Software.
