EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building solutions at the intersection of fintech, mining, and decentralized technologies. We're expanding across multiple regions and looking for a seasoned Chief of Editorial to lead our editorial direction and elevate our voice across markets.

In Short

• Build and scale the EMCD global editorial function.
• Own the full editorial cycle from ideation to post-launch analysis.
• Oversee all text-based content formats including blogs, interviews, and scripts.
• Align priorities with BD, PR, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Ensure high-quality content in English and Russian.
• Build and manage a hybrid team of writers and freelancers.
• Collaborate with domain experts to co-create impactful content.
• Monitor content metrics and optimize for performance.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead the launch of a new tone of voice for EMCD.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Chief Editor or similar role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and Russian.
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and fintech.
• Proven track record in building editorial processes.
• Experience across various content formats.
• Skilled in managing content teams and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Jira, and Google Docs.
