As a CRM & E-Mail Marketing Manager at embelly, you will create thoughtful, data-driven customer journeys that provide real value, focusing on automation and user experience.

• Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns and automations using Klaviyo and ChatArmin.
• Develop targeted customer journeys for clients and partners.
• Focus on retention and reactivation through segmentation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and copywriting teams.
• Manage CRM processes with HubSpot, Typeform, and Gorgias.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or E-Mail Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo; experience with ChatArmin or WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in German (C1) and good English skills required.
• Bonus: Copywriting skills or interest in health topics.
