Email & CRM Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Email & CRM Marketing Manager to help scale and optimise Cleo’s customer communication strategy.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end execution of Email and CRM campaigns.
• Work with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Conduct thorough QA and A/B testing to maximize performance.
• Help shape the email and CRM strategy for customer journeys.
• Develop data-driven experiments for messaging strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends.
• Prepare regular reports translating data into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for new capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM.
• Strong experience with email/CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable.

Requirements

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
• Basic experience with HTML/CSS for email edits.
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with reporting tools.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in B2C marketing, preferably in Fintech.
