• WhatsApp Newsletter & Direct Communication – Planning, implementation, and optimization of WhatsApp newsletters to reach and retain customers directly.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs – Development and management of measures that excite our customers long-term and bind them to our brand.
• Review Management – Management, analysis, and optimization of customer reviews to increase trust and conversion.
• Post-Purchase Surveys – Implementation and evaluation of customer surveys to optimize the customer experience.
• Customer Support Management & Evaluation – Monitoring and strategic control of customer support to improve processes and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM & E-Mail Marketing – You are familiar with newsletters, automations, and customer communication and know how to steer campaigns purposefully.
• Data & Performance Analysis – You use KPIs, A/B tests, and conversion optimization to continuously improve campaigns.
• Customer-oriented mindset – You understand what moves customers and develop targeted measures for retention and satisfaction.
• Good German skills & clear communication – You formulate convincing texts and communicate professionally.
• Structured & independent working style – You work organized, responsibly, and solution-oriented.
• Proficient with PC, especially with word processing programs, online tools for text creation, and research.
• Basic knowledge of horses or experience with horses to authentically address the target audience (optional).
