Overview

The Broker Support role involves providing high-quality administrative and customer support to a broker team in a commercial finance brokerage.

In Short

• Monitor the CRM system for broker follow-up items.
• Liaise with brokers to collect outstanding documents.
• Process general broker support tasks including data entry.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Support internal teams with reporting and coordination.
• Work with the sales/broker team to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the process.
• Work remotely from South Africa.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative support or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in finance or sales support is a plus.
• Proficient in data entry and document preparation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (12am – 8am SAST).
• Team player with a proactive approach.
