Overview

The HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst is responsible for administering the company's employee leave and disability accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, while providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.

• Administer company disability accommodation program with a focus on complex cases.
• Manage leave processes from intake to eligibility determination.
• Provide guidance on leave laws and company policies.
• Conduct training for managers on leave and ADA.
• Participate in policy development and process improvements.
• Conduct system testing and audits for the leave management system.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues.
• Maintain organized case records and provide timely support.
• Work with leave vendors and manage related relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of federal leave law and ADA.
• Ability to master company leave policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and results-oriented focus.
• 2 years of leave and ADA administration experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday and Excel is preferred.
