Overview

As a Health Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and practitioner partners, assisting them with onboarding and maintaining personal contact throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, service-oriented approach
• Interest in health and natural, holistic healing methods
• Independent and structured working style – ability to work efficiently remote
• Proficient with digital tools (email, CRM, chat software, etc.)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
