Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strong product designer to drive end-to-end UX/UI for the ELSA mobile app, working closely with a Product team in India and Design leadership in New York. The role involves shipping high-quality, measurable improvements quickly.

In Short

• Own design for key product areas including onboarding and lesson flows.
• Transform problems into shippable solutions: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, final UI.
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering teams to define scope and tradeoffs.
• Run discovery and validation tests to iterate based on evidence.
• Maintain and extend the design system for accessibility and usability.
• Ensure clean handoff with comprehensive documentation and QA.
• Communicate effectively in asynchronous environments.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product design experience, preferably in consumer mobile.
• Strong interaction design and visual design skills.
• Solid product thinking with a focus on metrics and experimentation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid development cycles.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience working across time zones with engineering teams.
