Elite Insurance Partners is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Strategist (SEO/SEM) to join our innovative and resourceful team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a balanced expertise in both SEO and SEM/PPC, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement fixes for site speed, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead content strategy by performing keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization.
• Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through strategic outreach.
• Monitor and analyze search performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid search/display/video campaigns.
• Develop and optimize campaigns utilizing a variety of formats, including Search and Performance Max.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and provide forecasts.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for a unified search presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building principles.
• Hands-on experience managing significant budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and self-discipline to work remotely.
