Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a qualified Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications while also supporting client-facing websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full stack development—including React, Python, and back-end technologies—while also having a willingness to work with legacy systems and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with candidates having extensive experience but less formal education also considered.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of building and maintaining applications.
• Proficiency in React and Python required for day-to-day development tasks.
• Experience working in environments requiring high independence and self-direction.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and how to manage projects from conception to implementation.
• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks relevant to full stack development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with PHP, WordPress, or Salesforce environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and experience making technical recommendations based on business needs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
