Overview

The Insurance SaaS Sales Representative is responsible for selling InsureTrack to insurance agencies and brokerages across the United States in a fully remote role.

In Short

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and close.
  • Sell InsureTrack to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, FMOs, and call centers.
  • Drive outbound sales efforts using a relationship-first, consultative approach.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate pipeline and close deals.
  • Conduct discovery conversations around state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding workflows.
  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo and CRM platforms to support outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to provide real-world market feedback.
  • Share insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and ongoing product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in insurance, InsurTech, or insurance services.
  • Experience selling to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, or FMOs.
  • Understanding of state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding processes.
  • Comfortable building pipeline through outbound outreach and relationship-based selling.
  • Prefer staying close to the deal rather than managing teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Enjoy helping build and scale a growth-stage product.
