The Threat Mitigation Lead will focus on reducing security threats across cloud environments at Lilly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Certifications such as CCSP or CISSP are preferred.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
