Overview

The Category Manager is responsible for assortment planning and analytics for e.l.f. Cosmetics, utilizing data to identify growth opportunities and drive business success.

• Responsible for assortment planning and analytics for e.l.f. Cosmetics.
• Use data and analytics to identify business opportunities.
• Work with sales team and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure effective assortment and merchandising for Walmart.
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotional efforts pre- and post-launch.
• Develop strong partnerships with Walmart Merchant and Category teams.
• Intermediate to Advanced usage of Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Walmart systems is a must.
• 3+ years experience in consumer goods and beauty preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Walmart systems, including Retail Link, Luminate, and Blue Yonder Space Planning.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and trustworthy.
• Based in Bentonville, AR.
• 3+ years prior experience in consumer goods and beauty.
• 3+ years prior experience with Walmart systems.
