The client is seeking a Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to support their growing business, handle daily operations, manage social media, and provide high-level administrative assistance.

In Short

• Assist with basic content creation and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Engage with social media platforms and manage client communications.
• Organize and manage emails and team communication via Slack.
• Monitor bookkeeping processes and help maintain accountability in Asana.
• Schedule and coordinate client support and meetings.
• Collaborate on month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Assist in organizing Standard Operating Procedures for clients.
• Ensure Google Drives and Asana are well-organized.
• Engage in lead generation activities across social media platforms.
• Update Canva templates and create marketing materials.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and virtual assistance.
• Proficient in Canva and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Asana and email management tools.
• Experience in client communications and support.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive in identifying improvements and solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.
