Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks Online and have experience with payroll processing.

In Short

  • Record and categorize daily financial transactions, including expenses and income.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into Quickbooks Online.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of banking accounts and credit cards.
  • Resolve discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
  • File Sales Tax and CAT in a timely manner.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Process payroll using various platforms.
  • Pay liabilities associated with payroll.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations.
