Overview

Elesta Family Office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual HR Manager to oversee core human resources operations and support the development of efficient HR processes across the organization.

In Short

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Support and administer the performance review process.
  • Assist leadership with HR policies, procedures, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Ensure proper offboarding procedures.
  • Support HR reporting and maintain HR documentation standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Fluent Russian language skills are required; professional English proficiency is also necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
