Bilingual Case Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Case Manager who will also handle intake tasks, ensuring smooth case management and client communication in a start-up environment.

In Short

• Answer incoming calls and conduct partial intake using a provided script.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client documents.
• Prepare cases for attorney review once all documentation is complete.
• Utilize Best Case software for case management.
• Manage approximately 50–70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in legal or customer service roles.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
