Overview

As a Scrum Master at Element, you will guide agile teams to deliver technical implementations and business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met for monitoring and investigation in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile/Scrum principles.
• Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog with product owners.
• Identify and resolve team impediments.
• Track team progress through agile metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for high-quality delivery.
• Support a healthy team culture rooted in transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting Agile teams in federal government space.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Must reside in the Continental US.
