Senior Solution Architect and Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

Element is looking for an experienced, permanent/full-time Solutions Architect/Technical Lead to design and lead the technical implementation of a fraud detection system that ensures the delivery of healthcare to millions of Americans.

In Short

• Lead technical team planning and track system integration tasks.
• Design and implement a Hybrid Detection Engine for anomaly detection.
• Ensure adherence to AWS best practices and CMS compliance standards.
• Coordinate between technical team members and CMS stakeholders.
• Architect end-to-end data flow from ingestion to case management.
• Oversee integration of disparate data sources.
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of the solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with healthcare or marketing data (preferred).
• Experience with fraud detection systems.
• Strong understanding of data lake architectures and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Knowledge of security frameworks in government settings.
